Covid has been pretty boring overall for me. But I've found ways of entertaining myself....

....Like sitting on a park bench and watching paint dry and grass growing. To step up a notch from baseball and golf, and even reading and writing, I am trying to get everyone around the world to get into the beautiful game World Cup tourney for footy. Especially now that the light of the nations, Canada, is in the world rankings.

One must get accustomed to the slow lifestyle of Vancouver. Even the guys on bikes poke fun at me sometimes. They told me they like the tranquility of it all.

Call me Forrest Gump. Boring, if I'm not playing fast team sports, running for the hills like a little school kid. Always dreaming of what to do on a field of dreams or the pitch. Even day dreaming in class can be a good thing. You never know where your dreams can you. Paying attention to the teachers is a must for me now that I am older. No time to escape reality, sometimes. I must stay level headed with my feet on the ground. Not too much in the clouds.

It takes me a while to think, say and do things. When I am playing with adrenaline, I feel the rush of the tunnel vision of scoring a goal. Just trying to show everyone a little taste of heaven.

For so long I lived subconciously " life is like a box of chocolates" for so long. Now I know better. I must prepare. Like Forest or soccer, as we all know, life throws a lot of curveballs at us. Before, it was out to lunch. You never know what you're going to get. I know as I am older that I must plan ahead. Before it was the wrong type of lifestyle to live by.

But, boy, do I ever know how to run like a bat out of hell when I chase a ball. Sure, I would much rather play than watch. But World Cup Soccer, now that Messi and Canada could possibly battle it out on the world stage thrills me to no end. Maybe the scores are good enough for me for the time being. Canada is in the World Cup! I have to pinch myself for this once in a lifetime event. I was too young to remember watching Team Canada make it to the Worlds in 1986 with Lenarduzzi and such.

I'll teach you how to watch Football, Canada. It's like hockey. Like the Brits learning how to play basketball, you cheer and raise your hands when the players shoot and score. Need puppets, boys and girls? I don't think so. Let's play ball in schools again or even more in the community to keep the kids out of trouble and make it to the next generation of gold winning soccer and hockey players.

Because in the end, like life in the box, we must prepare, so the chocolates are not too bitter sweet. Just right.

Now, we're in it to win it.

We learn when we win and lose, we just must have a good attitude.

Talk, like toilet paper is cheap. I paid my dues. Phones constipate. They are full of it

So much bad news. We need The good one so we don't get mad easily. Facts or reason. YEs, sure I was fool in my early years. But I have learned my lessons the hard way.

I walk the walk. Before I didn't. Now I try to not only teach or preach but try to live by my truth.

Don't talk the talk as yet, I do in a way. Less is more. It's value that counts.

Ego is the enemy. The enemy is within. Courage is calling us.

So I humble myself in the world. Touch down and kiss the ground. Get hands and feet dirty. I look to the sky. Thanking the All Seeing Eye, thinking down to Earth, but I don't wishful thinking up high because I thought I was above the rest.

I thirst for the right hand, The Man in the heavens.

Think fast think, slow in the moment. I don't toot my own horn, but I earned my way through life to get on the team. Toughing it out. Thick and thin. Cheering and believing in any and everybody.

Our team flies to new heights, aiming for our goals, whatever the weather, we are sky high, whatever gets us by in a healthy, wholesome way.

Hey, boys and girls, I have a story to tell.

It's starts off with following your dreams. If you want to win a Stanley Cup in any field or World Cup in any Sports Camps I know you can do it with hard work and effort. Timmy's promo!? Yet a time to work and a time to relax and rest is the norm nowadays. Don't burn yourself out like I did. Have one day off, one day on sort of thing by pacing your self at a steady pace. Get a massage with a cylinder back roller and do some light stretching. Stay limber like your old Lumber Dog. As a PSA, I highly suggest lots of water and electrolytes in this extreme weather. Take it from the Aquaman aka Water Boy.

Ok now let's huddle and have that vision of holding that cup in your hands. Like, how I want to hold my girls' hands. Ok let's go, from the from the family guy coach!

Fear of man.

Ok I know most guys don't like reading. But I know certain people do, like me, now that I'm older. Now that it's summer time I'm running in the early mornings when it's cooler to be like a little school girl. Run like the wind B&G's.

Life is like like a movie. Or if you think slow like me a novel. Life is a book really. More like a movie. Now, I know these are the dog days of summer. But now is a time to learn a life hack. Live each chapter like it is your last. But you must plan your future. With a plan. I'm telling you it's like a lesson from the blast from the past. Saving up like with anything, whether it is energy or money, is like going to the future and acquiring your potential energy. Back to the future. Well, what builds more dopamine in a resting state?: Reading The good book, Torah, that will start your engines. In other words. It will give you more power. Think proverbs. The other paradoxes. Great musical idea, BTW! Have some soft music in relaxing time if you want while reading. Or even some drumbeats. Move to the rhythm of the drumbeat. The team canoe needs those beats during the battle cry of training, however.

Back to books. Kara Sinclair, I really want to read your story. Your a champion. Taste the cup on your lips. Visualize holding it. Visualize and it will materialize, girl. Build the suspense in your story. I sure did. Learn from Hailey. I am pretending and running like there's no tomorrow in terms of vision. Dad, said in Spanish, more worth in a bird than a 100 elsewhere. Be still and know that I am G-d. Knowing myself I can't multitask too much. Not many can. Thanks to Jim Murphy for his Inner Excellence book. It is the process not the goal. It is the journey where the joy is. Plan goals that will lead you to your vision. Breaking barriers. Plot words, sentences. sequences and world (pun intended) play for that matter.

Oh, I am no knight in shining armor. I am just an ordinary guy that wants shalom, wholeness. Let's leave the relics of the past in the past. My life is a movie and I want to finish well with others along with others. Can we all get along?

This is for the young ones, younger than the mature generation and for me too: Compose that symphony, drama, comedy, tragedy , script, but with a good ending. It's the composing of words that bring life. Speak life. Cut into the heart, the emotions and even the spirit. What is the lesson? Moving to the next chapter of one's life. Anchor your thoughts on a question. Who am I? The greatest. Then move to principles. There is a moral in every lesson in each chapter of our lives. Will we learn from it or keep on doing the same things? Forever have thoughts of shalom in our lives, in our story. It's deep down in our fabric of our beings. In society. Wholeness. Purity. Find your truth with principles, statutes. Like a statue that always stands tall. A fort. A foundation. An arch when applied pressure can always withstand the weight on our shoulders. Nothing broken. Nothing missing. Completeness. Happiness is momentarily, fleeting. Yeshua in Hebrew means salvation, Shalom, Wholeness.

I'm talking about really knowing the actor, the dreamer in our lives. Our inner essence in our movie or book. We are heroes in our story. Longing becoming. Just being. That is where we get human being from. Be. Live and let be. Is the satisfaction in doing. Yes and no. The pressure of looking at the other or keeping up with the Jones'. Comparing is the killer. trying to be like another. You do me I do. Yet when the people perish it is because they have no vision or goals for their lives. Think about it. Taking your eyes off the ball. looking at the other guy. Don't compare. It is all about self esteem. You shine, I Shine. Look up to the sky. Self esteem is through inner excellence. We all have it in us. Look at the Hebrew mindset. Every words has many meanings. Back to shalom. Back to reality, which is peace. A future hope of an attachment, anchor a rope. Let's ask another question. Is G-d for us or against us. Or better yet. If G-d were to lower a rope for you from a helicopter while you were drowning in the middle of the arctic ocean, would you hold on to dear life? Or would you refuse, say no, I can't hold on because I can't. Or is it I will not! it is our choice. We refuse because of being stubborn. I was there, have done that. It's up to us. They are looking up to us. Who is it to blame? G-d or me for not taking the offer. And all this is from experience so I speak for myself and only me, mainly.

Write your story. Don't let others determine who you are. be the child that asks his for his father what he wants and he will give that as his gift. Be flexible. Have an open mind. Be water, my friend.

Hey, I lived the actor life. Living false and fake. Always searching for the next high. then it ran out. Looking for the next applause. What happens when the applause or music runs out? Then what. Search it inside. Not externally. Everybody doubts me. Every naysayer says your glory days are over. The best days are yet to come. Will anybody hear me. I must encourage myself because the inner critic wants me to fear. But it is through total love. No fear in perfect love. No one is there except inner excellence that we turn to.

Be that director, that producer of your own book and make it into an actual, live moving, movie, or film. Full of action with a universal lesson that can teach us all a valuable moral to the story. The trash talkin plus the golden rule equals success.

hanging by thread? I was. Holding on to nothing. Clingy. Holding on to know meaning or purpose. Broken. Useless. I understand I am human too. It's not welfare of the monetary kind although that is good. The real nitty and gritty grit under the nails and blood, sweat and tears of working for what I really want. I am chasing a dream. A vision of myself. Sunglasses would not let me the light in people mad in the Image of G-d. It is intellectual. Emotional. Spiritual. Hardcore. Going deep. Let the pain spur you of days of struggle and rest.

How can we capture the hearts of the youth at heart. Rags to riches stories are in, yet they can't the Spirit out of me. The lion cannot be tamed. G-d says to me I have plans to prosper you not to harm you in abundance, independent, with a purpose and a plan, yesterday, today and forever. G-d the Creator believes in us. The hand that feeds us. Take a bite! Depends if it is good or bad. See, I have a theory of what sin is, depending if is inside or outside of the body. It's like bait. Peche means sin in French. Sound fishy? Don't let the bait of the enemy fool you. Fight evil with good. Blessings upon blessings. Forgive 77 X's more. It is ok to miss the mark the first time, but don't do it again. Turn it around. Bitterness is a choice. Find the freedom of forgiveness. It is a beautiful and beneficial thing, not only to you the offender, but to me. I live by that everyday. Thanks John Bevere! Yet he knew that there is Creator that is bigger than us miniscule humans. No wonder I always fell on my face. Before it was the image of my vain self. Now it is the stuff legends are made of. Authority of our Creator. Alpha an Omega. Aleph and Tav. The beginning and the end. The image of G-d within every male and female. Let's share each other's story. A testimony. Be my witness and be accountable to me because I am ready for a new me. The science of being great is within inner excellence. Within. What did Myles Munroe say? The authority of vision is to trust, to believe in the Thyself and to believe in myself. Other wise, when the people perish it is because they have no vision.. Maybe not rolling in the grave. His estate is rolling in dough. The point is that intellectual property is a creative endeavor which is good for the author and publishers alike. Believe me it's not about you or I. It's about the masters of the trade that have perfected their craft. Sowing and reaping for the stars' family and friends.

There is a time to sow and a time reap. The man in me wants to reap goodness for me and everyone, family friends and strangers.
